Beauty or Brains??
Haha. This is such a common yet difficult question for everyone.
I posted this question to Er and Nana. Both chose beauty over brains because they felt that looks are important. Technically, in current society it may be true. But still, it's superficial! Well, to each his own. :P
Then again, it's hard to choose between beauty and brains.
I chose brains though! My reason is: with brains, you get promoted faster than the not-so-brainy-ones for your diligence and intelligence. As such, you earn more money and needless to say, you can afford plastic surgery or take up make-up courses to beautify yourself.
With brains, somehow i feel is linked to talent. Be it musically talented or sports talented, etc. Moreover, beauty does not last forever. :)
Imagine... in future, when u are a granny / grandpa.. Someone comments that you are old but smart. OR.. old and stupid. Which sounds better? haha.
Anyway, i did an online research, and tada! This is the result voted by the public.
Beauty: 12.5%
Brains: 51.3%
Both: 36.2%

5. In modern times, beauty is what the people look for. Of course, the first thing you will see is his/her looks and not intelligence. That's why it's 49.9% for brains and 50.1% for looks (although I'm sitting in the brainy section). That's why, I need someone handsome but intelligent. LOL!
